Albert Charles Dequene was a 20th century French painter and pastellist who specialized in portraits. He entered the Salon des Artistes Français in 1920 and won second place and in 1931 he won a Gold medal. In 1937 he won a Gold medal in the Exposition Universelle in Paris.
