Original crayon lithograph on cream wove paper with wide margins. A very good, dark impression. First state of two according to Knesebeck. Proof, aside from the edition of 30 on Japon paper. Hand signed by the artist “Kathe Kollwitz” in pencil, lower right. The lithographic stone was later destroyed.
